Return and Refund Policy

At Lexmit.shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns are accepted and how refunds are processed.

Return Eligibility

Customers may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery of the product. Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags, where applicable.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the return. Each request is reviewed to verify the issue raised by the customer.

If we find the customer’s claim to be valid, we will approve the return and arrange a reverse pickup from the delivery address, subject to service availability in the location.

Reverse Pickup

Once the return request is approved, our logistics partner will attempt to collect the product from the customer. Customers are requested to ensure the product is securely packed at the time of pickup.

If reverse pickup is not available at the customer’s location, alternative return instructions may be provided.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received by us and successfully inspected, the refund will be initiated to the customer’s original source of payment.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to be credited back to the customer’s card, bank account, or original mode of payment, depending on the payment provider and banking processes.

Non-Refundable Cases

Products that show signs of misuse, damage after delivery, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Customized or specially requested products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
