Customs Related
The Courier company will contact you asking for your documents when the product lands in your country. So, it is necessary to provide your name as per your documents in the shipping address. If the product is of higher price range, you will be needed to provide customs fee to your country's government. If you do not pay that fee, your product may be held by government and/or may be seized. In such circumstances, if we do not get the product back at our warehouse. So we may not be able to refund you. So better pay the customs which is beyond our control.
